We will be performing a scheduled migration of Freshserver, the hosted service that provides support functions for in-store POS integrations, including location provisioning, POS integration settings, and software updates. This migration will improve the performance, stability, and reliability of the service.
Customer Impact: Customers using Freshserver as a hosted service for support functions in their in-store POS integrations (Aloha, RPOS and StorePoint) will be affected.
During the maintenance window, the following will be unavailable:
1. Location (concept) provisioning for new or reinstalled locations 2. POS integration settings administration 3. Software update assignments and delivery to locations
All other operations, including check-ins, loyalty, campaigns, and the rest of the platform functionality, will continue to work as expected.
